Two-story condominium complex. Units clad in synthetic "shingle" style cladding. Façade is dominated by two attached double garages with stairs on either side leading to second level entry deck. Condo units have same type synthetic cladding covering chimneys attached to front gable roof, each located just to either side of the peak of the roof's ridge line. Fenstration is comprised of vinyl clad windows.

This one-story commercial building is vernacular in design. With a rectangular plan, the building is constructed of reinforced concrete and brick. A gable-front roof tops the building, a row of red clay tile lining the short parapet on the gable-end. A hip-roofed room and a smaller gabled addition rise above the roof's ridgeline. A series of three glazed arched openings mark the building's eastern (primary) facade. Fenestration on the secondary facades appears to consist primarily of double-hung sash windows.

This is a turn-of-the-Century frame vernacular house. The City’s Potential List dates it at c. 1927. The tall plate heights and general form of the building indicates that it was constructed much earlier (likely between 1900 – 1910). The building is rectangular in configuration and is capped by a moderate pitched hip roof with exposed rafter tails. The roof is covered with composition shingles. The walls are clad with narrow clapboard siding and wide corner-boards and wide-board window surrounds. The fabric awning forming a covered front porch is not original to the building...(more)
