This multi-family residence is vernacular in design but exhibits the influence of the popular Ranch style. With an essentially rectangular plan, the building is one-story in height and is topped by a low-pitch hipped roof. The exterior walls are clad with stucco and the roof with composition shingles. The front doors of both dwelling units are located on the primary facade which is oriented toward the driveway on the north rather than the street on the west. Windows throughout the building appear to be multi-pane fixed sash with flanking casements.

The single story dwelling has a rectangular footprint. The gable front roof is covered with composition shingles and the eaves are open. A rectangular wood vent is present in the gable peak and knee braces are at each gable end. The walls are clad with lapped wood boards. Fenestration includes metal sash windows and a wood panel door with alluvial lights in the upper panel. The front porch is recessed under the northwest corner of the principle roof. Decorative shutters are on the west facade window.

Two-level, wood frame duplex set on a lot that slopes away from Cleveland Ave. The stucco clad building is capped by a shallow-pitched side gable roof covered in composition shingles. Fenestration is primarily single-light metal frame casements. The symmetrically designed street façade (north elevation) features a centrally placed recessed porch that shelters side-by-side flush panel doors. A driveway set at the east end of the street frontage leads to the garages, which are located on ground level of the south elevation.

Windows on the primary facade consist of tall fixed sash over a small sliding, set in the same opening.
