The wood constructed building rests on a concrete foundation with an irregular footprint. The walls are clad with plaster. The low-pitched, cross-hipped roof is covered with composition shingles and the wide eaves are open. Fenestration includes newer metal sliding windows. A wood panel door is located on the south facade and two wood framed glass doors are located on the wood deck adjacent to the east facade. A plastered wall of various heights surrounds the building.

The one-story dwelling rests on a pier foundation with an L plan footprint. The gable front roof is covered with composition shingles and the wide eaves are exposed. The walls are clad with lapped wood boards below the window line and shingles above. The front gable peak is clad with shingles and a slender rectangular wood vent is present. Wood knee braces are present in each corner of the gable. The windows on the main part of the residence are transomed wood sash. The single story dwelling rests on a concrete foundation with a rectangular footprint. The hipped roof has a hipped dormer over the attached two-car carport. The roof is covered with composition shingles and the eaves are open. According to the building permit, the walls are clad with hardboard siding. Only the carport is visible from the street. Fenestration is unknown. A square chimney pierces the western roof slope.

The single story dwelling rests on a raised foundation with a rectangular footprint. The hipped roof with hipped dormer on the south roof slope is covered with composition shingles and the eaves are boxed with decorative rafter tails. Two wood vents are located on the south facade of the dormer. The walls are clad with lapped wood boards above the window sills and plaster below. Two wood columns atop a plaster clad balustrade support the front porch recessed under the principle roof.
