The house sits on a partial basement. Single-story stucco sided house with flat roof. A slightly projecting covered porch is located at midpoint with two symmetrically sized wings on either side. The roof's deep eaves are supported by oversized brackets. Fenestration is comprised primarily ofmetal framed multi-light fixed windows and single light casement windows. Canvas awnings shield the large mulit-paned windows on each of the wings. A metal railing runs the length of the projecting porch. A solid core door is at the north end of the west elevation (street façade).

House set on sloping lot. Two-story house clad in shiplap siding, with vertical tongue and groove material covering the raised foundation. Complex pyramidal hipped roof covered in composition shingles. Fenestration is comprised of a combination of wood framed double hung sash and fixed single pane windows. West elevation, which faces onto Olive Street, has projecting three-sided bay window. Entry porch, located on south elevation, is sheltered by shed roof. A small wing projects off of the east end of the south elevation (most of house is obscured by hedges and vegetation).

Fenestration is comprised of a combination of wood framed fixed multi-paned and slider windows. Vent, covered with wood lattice is located under the peak of the roof. Recessed entry porch is located at midpoint of the street façade. Brick chimney is placed at the west slope of the roof. A small addition, with a side gable roof, abuts the house's west elevation. Decorataive shutters are located on either side of the street façade's windows.

Fenestration is comprised of vinyl clad slider windows. Recessed entry porch is on the west elevation and is sheltered by small, front gable roof. Decorative brackets help support the projecting porch roof. Entry is flanked by symmetrically arranged windows. Small additions off of the main structure are obscured from view by hedges and fencing.
